So happy to find freshly roasted coffee in Sheffield. Really great choice of coffees with different flavour notes, acidity levels etc. And if you are a regular...the owner will know your usual order by heart :)

Used to travel through from Doncaster to buy my tea from the shop in the city centre, then again when it moved, and again up on Eccleshall Road. Must have been a customer for getting on 30 years now. To save the faff I decided to try ordering on the website for home delivery - you only need to order a modest amount to get free delivery. Order arrived within 48 hours, sealed in 'stay fresh' bags. So whether you visit the shop or buy online it's the same high quality loose tea, great choice, good prices and great service. Support a Yorkshire family business.

I got an aeropress for my birthday and I wanted to find somewhere local to support rather than buy my coffee from a supermarket. I am so glad I found Pollard's. The coffee is delicious and so far my favourites are Puccini and Burundi. Ethiopian Mocha is up there too! Excellent quality and value for money. I would definitely recommend Pollard's.

Sheffield's premier tea and coffee vendor. First class choice, quality and service. Saved by the owners from the council's destruction of the town centre by the owners and brought to Ecclesall Road. A very good idea since you can no longer park any in the centre nor get on a bus that goes anywhere sensible down there. Thank you for preserving a cultural icon of the town.

Lovely shop, popped in today for the first time. As a fan of coffee and wanting to try as many different varieties as possible I popped in. Very knowledgeable staff, listened to other brands I like and made some great suggestions. My car smelt amazing driving home and I'm looking forward to trying my batch. ALSO they will measure out a 125g bag for you so you can sample at home. Will be returning in the near future.
